Once again, we are taking on the Herculean task of erecting the heated tent in the comfortable and spacious 2000 square foot garden, which will feature a celebration of Irish favorite foods served buffet style. On Saturday March 16th, Chief O’Neill’s will recreate the ancient Traditional Celtic Pig Roast, slow roasted over our outdoor hickory and peat fueled BBQ.
